Surprises in store at Scream Awards

Según The Improper, parece que los de Spike Tv se guardan un par de ases en la manga para la retransmisión de la gala este martes que viene (27 de Octubre): algún tipo de colaboración de Robert y Kristen (a través de un vídeo o algo así) y sustitución de las escenas del wolf pack, por algo verdaderamente nuevo.

Habrá que esperar una semanita.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewartand Taylor Lautner were big winners at Spike TV’s Scream Awards, but two of the three stars were conspicuously absent during the show’s taping Saturday night (Oct. 17).

"Twilight" won for Best Fantasy Movie, and surprisingly, to some, Taylor won for Best Breakout Actor. Rob and Kristen won for Best Fantasy Actor and Actress, but here’s where things get a little weird.

Taylor was there and accepted his award and “Twilight’s” award for Best Fantasy Film.

But neither Rob nor Kristen was at the taping and their awards were not announced. That’s like not giving out the Best Actor Oscar at the Academy Awards.

Some speculated that Spike TV is doing something special with Rob and Kristen on the side that it will include in the television broadcast.

Equally odd, the show promised to air new footage of “Twilight” sequel “New Moon” but the scenes showed during the taping were not new, according to observant fans.

The movie is due to arrive in theaters across United States on Nov. 20.

Spike may have been attempting to prevent leaks. More than likely, the new footage will be substituted for the scenes shown when the show airs. In any event, Twi fans will have to wait until it’s on television to figure out what’s going on.
